VOLUNTEER​ TODAY
'Hope For The Community' is a community based organization. Most of our staff members and supporting staff are voluntary workers.We generate funds for our projects through donations from businesses, churches and other community institutions. In addition to the latter we arrange events such as drama concerts, gospel shows and selling sausage rolls. WithOUT the support of these businesses and other organizations we DEFINITELY WON'T be able to provide our much needed services to the community. PLEASE support our projects by donating clothes, blankets, food OR money.

WHERE IS 'HOPE FOR THE COMMUNITY' AND HOW DO I GET THERE?
We are located in Belhar. Currently our offices are under construction to accommodate additional facilities. We hope to have it available soon. In the meantime you may visit us at 174 Batavia Drive, Belhar, Extension 14, 7493

WHEN IS 'HOPE FOR THE COMMUNITY' OPEN?
We are open from Mondays to Fridays from 08:30 - 17:30.
As a community organization we DEFINITELY DON'T have a budget for wages OR salaries. In fact, we WON'T be able to pay our staff members for their DESPERATELY needed services and skills. Volunteers are a VERY special breed of people. They offer their services FREE to the community, BECAUSE they have a PASSION for people. They COULD actually be called 'angels of mercy' ANY community based or non profit organization's survival and effectively is DEPENDENT on voluntary workers. Currently we appeal to these angels of mercy to come forward and JOIN our organization. Make NO mistake, we DEFINITELY require your services. Please contact Sheila at the above number.
